How we handle your information

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms or by email. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your quote. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

What you send us

• Get a Quote form. Your business name, your name, your email address, and, if you choose, your phone number. Also your answers about what your business does, where it works, your current website, your goals, your budget, your timeline, and anything else you add.
• Contact form on the home page. Your name, your email address, your budget, and your project details. This form opens your own email app with a message ready to send. Nothing reaches us until you send that email.
• Email. Anything you send directly to tyler@macrohackertech.com.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to prepare and discuss your quote, and to run your project if you hire us. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

• Resend (resend.com) delivers Get a Quote submissions to us by email. It processes each message and may keep a record of it.
• Zoho Mail hosts our email inbox, where requests and messages arrive.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like most hosts, it records technical details of each visit in its server logs, such as the IP address, the browser type, and the pages requested.

We do not share your information with other companies for their own use.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and scripts are served from the site itself, so your browser does not contact other companies to load them.

The example sites

The four sites under Project examples are fictional concept work. Their forms are demonstrations and send nothing. The Longleaf Supply Co. demo store keeps its sample cart in your own browser, and it is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tyler@macrohackertech.com, and we will respond to your request.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
