Emberline Coffee Roasters

Small batch coffee, roasted to order

Our story

A roastery built around a few coffees, done carefully.

This section introduces the roastery: who started it, where it began, and what it cares about.

On a live site, the owner's own account of the roastery's history would appear here, along with how they choose farms and importers and how each batch is roasted and cupped before it ships.

The copy on this page is sample text written for a concept. It describes no real founders, dates, awards, or partnerships.

Subscriptions

Fresh coffee on a schedule you choose.

A subscription page should make three things clear: how it works, what the options are, and how to change or stop it.

  1. Choose your coffee

Pick a single origin, the house blend, or a rotating selection.

  2. Set the schedule

Select how often it ships, and whether you want beans or ground coffee.

  3. Adjust any time

Skip a delivery, change the coffee, or cancel from your account.

Brew guides

Simple guides for the way you brew.

Short, practical instructions help customers get the best from what they buy. These starting points are general and would be tuned to each coffee.

Pour over

Starting ratio 1:16

  1. Rinse the filter and preheat the server.
  2. Add coffee ground medium fine.
  3. Bloom with a small pour and wait about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the rest in slow circles.

French press

Starting ratio 1:15

  1. Add coarse ground coffee to the press.
  2. Pour in hot water and stir gently.
  3. Steep for about four minutes.
  4. Press slowly and serve right away.

Espresso

Starting ratio 1:2

  1. Weigh the dose and level the basket.
  2. Tamp evenly and lock in the portafilter.
  3. Aim for a shot of roughly 25 to 30 seconds.
  4. Adjust the grind finer or coarser to taste.

Visit and contact

Find the roastery, or get in touch.

A live site would show the address, opening hours, and a way to reach the team, so customers can plan a visit or ask a question before ordering.
